The formulations contain high concentrations of just a few key ingredients: argan oil, humectants, and emollients. Let's take a closer look at these key ingredients and how they may affect your skin.

Nearly all Prédiré Paris skincare products contain a very high concentration of argan oil. Argan oil contains a rich supply of nutrients, such as fatty acids, tocopherols, polyphenols, and more.

The two main fatty acids found in argan oil are oleic acid  (46– 48%) and linoleic acid (31–35%). Oleic acid is an omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acid that functions as a penetration enhancer by disturbing the skin barrier.

Linoleic acid is an omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA). Unfortunately, PUFAs are very unstable and prone to oxidation, which means they easily go rancid and can lead to the generation of free radicals that can damage our cells and lead to signs of aging. Thus, the use of high concentrations of argan oil in Prédiré Paris skincare products may be doing more harm than good.
